We're thrilled to have you as our valued customer. To ensure a seamless shopping experience and address any concerns you may encounter, we've outlined our terms and conditions below. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies regarding broken or leaking bottles, wrong item received, next-day delivery assurance, efficient order processing, guest refund policy, lost parcel resolution, and general terms. Efficient Order Processing
1.1. Orders placed on our website before 3 pm (Monday to Saturday) will be processed on the same day. Orders confirmed after 3 pm will be processed on the next working day. Any delay in processing will result in a RM5 Voucher issued to the buyer.
Next Day Delivery
2.1. Eligibility Criteria:
- Next Day Delivery service is available for purchases of RM100 and above only.
2.2 Courier Company:
- We exclusively utilize the services of J&T Express for our Next Day Delivery.
2.3 Delivery Time:
- Delivery will occur on the next working day after payment confirmation, provided the confirmation is received before 12 pm daily.
- Please note that no courier service arrangements are available on Sundays and public holidays.
- If payment is confirmed after 1 pm on a Saturday (public holiday eve), the parcel will be handed over to the courier on Monday (the first working day after the holiday) and delivered on Tuesday (second working day of the public holiday).
2.4. Possible Delays:
- The parcel may experience delays due to various reasons, such as J&T Express workload.
- In the event of a delay, a RM 15 Voucher will be provided to the customer as compensation.
Responsibility for Delivery Address:
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and capable of receiving the parcel, even in the case of a delay.
- We regret that we cannot accept responsibility if a delay results in the buyer being unable to receive the parcel (for example, if the buyer is staying at a hotel and checks out before the delivery arrives).
Exclusions from Compensation Policy:
- If Next Day Delivery is complimentary or provided free of charge, it will not be covered under the compensation policy for delays.
By utilizing our Next Day Delivery service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. For any queries or concerns regarding our Next Day Delivery service, please contact our customer service team.
Broken Bottles or Leaking Bottles
3.1. Due to varying weather conditions, liquid leakage may occur during transit. Should you encounter any leakage, please refrain from removing the bottle label or opening the bottle cap. Follow our claim guideline and send us the requested photo within 24 hours of receiving the item. This will help us replace your bottle quickly.
Wrong Item Received
4.1. Notification: Buyers must promptly notify Myrushpoppers within 24 hours of receiving an incorrect bottle. Please provide a photograph of the wrong item along with the opened courier bag. The buyer is not required to return the incorrect item.
Lost Parcel
5.1. In the rare instance of a lost parcel during transit, Myrushpoppers is committed to promptly resend a new bottle to ensure you receive your order. However, it's essential to note that this coverage does not extend to parcels lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.
Cancellation
6.1. Buyers can request cancellation after placing an order, but we will only accept if the parcel has not yet been handed over to the courier.
General
7.1. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.
7.2. By placing an order, buyers and guests agree to abide by these terms.
7.3. Myrushpoppers.com reserves the right to modify or update these terms as needed.
