To ensure your items arrive safely, each product is carefully wrapped in bubble or protective packaging and discreetly placed in plain poly-mailer bags with only your name and address visible. Your privacy is our priority.
Orders with standard delivery are dispatched on the same day if payment is confirmed before 3pm Monday to Saturday.
You will receive a tracking code for your parcel latest by the evening or night on the same day or the next day night if payment is confirmed after 3pm.
We work with different couriers that you can select during checkout.

J&T Express Standard Delivery
*Delivery Time: Estimate 2-4 days.
Note: J&T Express will attempt delivery to the delivery address stated in the shipping label. If the receiver is uncontactable, J&T Express will attempt to deliver the parcel to the receiver few more times. If for whatever reasons, J&T Express has attempted three deliveries and still failed, J&T Express will proceed to return the parcel to us. We will process the refund to you after deducting the delivery fee.

Ninja Van
*Delivery Time: Estimate 3 - 5 days.
Note: If the first delivery is "unsuccessful", driver will do a delivery re-attempt on the next working day.
Please note that Ninja Van will make 3 delivery attempts in total (i.e. First attempt followed by 2 re-attempts). If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to us. We will process the refund to you after deducting the delivery fee.
