To ensure your items arrive safely, each product is carefully wrapped in bubble or protective packaging and discreetly placed in plain poly-mailer bags with only your name and address visible. Your privacy is our priority.
Orders with standard delivery are dispatched on the same day if payment is confirmed before 3pm Monday to Saturday.
You will receive a tracking code for your parcel latest by the evening or night on the same day or the next day night if payment is confirmed after 3pm.
We work with different couriers that you can select during checkout.
P/S: We do not offer Grab delivery / lalamove.

Note: J&T Express will attempt delivery to the delivery address stated in the shipping label. If the receiver is uncontactable, J&T Express will attempt to deliver the parcel to the receiver few more times.
