What if i open my parcel and found liquid leaked?
Due to hot weather conditions, liquid leakage may occur during transit. We highly recommend checking the bottle once you have received the package.
If you notice any leakage, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item ( Do not open or unseal the bottle cap).
You can email us at info@myrushpoppers.com or chat with us and provide photos as requested below.
For slight leakage, we will issue a discount voucher as compensation. If leaking is significant (half or more), we will promptly resend a new bottle.

Important notes
- We only accept claims for bottles that are unopened and sealed.
Please do not open the seal on the bottle cap.
Claims will not be entertained if the seal on the bottle cap is torn or removed
Photo requirement
- Send us a photograph showing the bottle in its entirety, ensuring that the photo includes the full contents of the bottle. You can refer the sample photo as below.

2. Capture a photograph of the remaining liquid, ensuring the unopened bottle cap is visible.

Unacceptable photos
- The photo does not show the bottle cap.
- The photo shows the bottle cap opened.
- The photo does not indicate how much liquid is left in the bottle.
Video
If photos cannot be taken according to the above requirements, a video while opening the bottle can be submitted.
