What are my shipping options, when will my order be shipped out, and what is the expected delivery date??
We use various couriers that you can select from during checkout. You will receive notification of any tracking details via email once the order has been dispatched. All packages using standard delivery are dispatched on the day of payment if payment is confirmed before 3pm Monday to Saturday. Expecting delivery time: Usually take 2 to 4 days, for more detail please refer to DELIVERY INFORMATION.
What happens exactly after ordering?
COD Order: Tracking number will send to you when the shipment has arrange with courier. However, Please note that COD orders will be cancel if under the following conditions: Non-residential address, Incomplete address, such as missing the unit number, failure to provide a local phone number. Previous records of unsuccessful COD deliveries and Requesting a specific delivery date. We can only provide an estimated delivery date but cannot guarantee a specific day.
Other payment method: An instruction email will be sent to you, Goods will be reserved 24 hours for you and we’ll process the order immediately after receiving the payment. The tracking number will be sent to your email once we have handed your parcel to the courier.

How is the product packaging and what information will be on the parcel?
Our parcels are sent in plain poly mailers and wrapped in bubble wrap to minimise the risk of damage. The information on the parcel contains only your name and address.
What if i received a leaking bottle or wrong item?
