We use various couriers that you can select from during checkout. You will receive notification of any tracking details via email once the order has been dispatched. All packages using standard delivery are dispatched on the day of payment if payment is confirmed before 3pm Monday to Friday. We do not offer same day delivery, do not offer lalamove and do not provide self-collection. Item are ship from Negeri Sembilan.
Once you place an order, you will receive a payment instruction email with details of your purchase. Your items will be reserved for 6 hours to give you time to complete the payment. You are required to reply to the email with a screenshot of your transaction receipt. Please note that we will not proceed with shipping your parcel until we have received your email. A confirmation email will be sent to you after we receive your payment. Additionally, once we have arranged shipment with the courier, we will send the tracking number to your email.
Our parcels are sent in plain poly mailers and wrapped in bubble wrap to minimise the risk of damage. The information on the parcel contains only your name and address.
If you receive a bottle that is leaking, DO NOT open or unseal the bottle cap. Follow our claim guideline and send us the requested photo within 24 hours of receiving the item. This will help us replace your bottle quickly. Click for Claim Guideline. For slight leakage, we will issue a discount voucher as compensation. If leaking is significant (half or more), we will promptly resend a new bottle.
Yes, you can place an order and have it delivered to your hotel. Please provide a local contact number, and you may use the hotel's contact number for this purpose. We also recommend using our Next Day Delivery service for faster shipping (terms and conditions apply).
Please be aware that while we endeavor to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to factors such as courier overload. Additionally, ensure that the hotel can accept your package even if you have already checked out.
If there are any delays with Next Day Delivery, we will offer a RM 15 voucher as compensation. However, we cannot be held responsible if you are unable to receive the item due to the delay. Please ensure you have read and agreed to our Next Day Delivery Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
