PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- GrabPay,Shopee Pay, Touch and go, Boost or any mobile banking
At the moment we do not have COD option for payment
Bank Transfer
To make a payment via online bank transfer, please choose the "Bank Transfer" option at checkout. Payment instructions will be sent to your registered email address after you place a order. Your goods will be reserved for 24 hours, and the order will be canceled if payment is not received within that time frame.
How to make a payment by bank transfer
- Open your bank's online banking application or internet banking website.
- Log in to your account using a valid user ID and password.
- Find the menu to transfer money or other transactions.
- Select the "Bank Transfer" or "Money Transfer" option.
- Select the source account from which you want to transfer money.
- Enter the details sent to your email, and just mention your order number in the bank reference.
- Enter your order amount
- Check the transfer details again to make sure they are correct.
- If available, enter the two-factor authentication code or TAC code sent to your mobile phone.
- Confirm your transfer and wait for confirmation that the transaction was successful.
- Keep a copy of the receipt or confirmation for your records.
After the transaction is successful, please let us know by replying to the email or WhatsApp number mentioned in the email.
Payment Confirmation and Delivery:
Orders with standard delivery are dispatched the same day if payment is confirmed before 3pm from Monday to Saturday. The tracking number will be sent to your registered email in the evening. Payments confirmed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Orders with Next Day Delivery are dispatched the same day if payment is confirmed before 12 noon from Monday to Saturday. Payments confirmed after 12 noon will be processed the next working day. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email in the evening.
GrabPay,Shopee Pay, Touch & go, Boost or any mobile banking
To pay via GrabPay, Shopee Pay, Touch 'n Go, Boost, or any mobile banking app, please select the "Scan and Pay" option during checkout. A QR code will be sent to your registered email address after you place your order.
How to pay with GrabPay
- Open the Grab app on your smartphone.
- Log in to your Grab account or register if you don't have an account yet.
- Select the "Wallet" or "Dompet" option.
- Select "Pay with QR Code" or "Scan QR Code".
- Scan the QR code sent to your email.
- Enter your order amount.
- Confirm the transaction and wait for confirmation.
- You will receive a payment confirmation via your application and email.
After the transaction is successful, please let us know by replying to the email or WhatsApp number mentioned in the email.
How to pay with Shopee Pay
- Open the Shopee app on your smartphone.
- Log in to your Shopee account or register if you don't have an account yet.
- Select the "ShopeePay" option.
- Select "Pay with QR Code" or "Scan QR Code".
- Scan the QR code sent to your email.
- Enter your order amount.
- Confirm the transaction and wait for confirmation.
- You will receive a payment confirmation via your application and email.

How to pay with Touch and Go
- Open the Touch 'n Go eWallet application on your smartphone.
- Log in to your Touch 'n Go eWallet account or register if you don't have one yet.
- Make sure your eWallet balance is sufficient to make the payment.
- Look for the "Pay" or "Scan" option in the app.
- Listen to the "Beep" sound to enable the "Pay with QR" function.
- Scan the QR code sent to your email.
- Enter your order amount.

- Confirm the transaction by touching the "Pay" button in the app.
- Wait for transaction confirmation.
- You will receive a payment confirmation via your application and email.
How to pay with Mobile Banking
- Open your mobile banking app.
- Log in to your account using your user ID and password.
- Find options to make a payment or transfer money.
- Select "Pay with QR Code" or "Scan QR Code".

Cash on delivery (COD)
Effective immediately, we regret to inform you that we will no longer offer Cash on Delivery (COD) due to misuse by certain individuals.
