Term and condition

  • Next Day Delivery service is available for purchases of RM100 or above and Peninsular only.
  • Local Contact Number: You must provide a local contact number for the courier.
  • Courier Company: J&T Express
  • Delivery Time: The next working day after your payment has been confirmed (before 12 pm daily). 
  • No courier service arrangements on Sundays and public holidays. 
  • If your payment is confirmed after 12 pm on a Saturday (public holiday eve), the parcel will be handed over to the courier on Monday (the first working day after the holiday) and delivered to you on Tuesday (second working day of the public holiday).
  • Delivery Timing: While we aim for delivery on the next day, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Your parcel may arrive at any time throughout the day, not necessarily before 12pm.
  • Trackable Parcel - tracking number will be send to your email.

Next Day Delivery-Possible Delays and Compensation

  • The parcel may experience delays due to various reasons, such as J&T Express workload.
  • In the event of a delay, a RM 15 Voucher will be provided to the customer as compensation. ( Please notify us if your parcel is delayed, and we will send you the voucher Code )
  • Guests must notify us of any parcel delay within 2 working days from the date of receiving the parcel.
  • Claims submitted after the 2 working day period will not be considered.

Next Day Delivery-Responsibility for Delivery Address

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and capable of receiving the package even in the event of a delay. If a delay causes the buyer to be unable to receive the package (e.g., if the buyer stays at a hotel and checks out before the package arrives), we will not be liable for the loss of the package beyond providing a RM15 voucher as compensation.
  • We will not be responsible for any delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
  • If the package is successfully returned to us, the buyer may request a second delivery, for which the buyer will need to cover the cost of the second delivery.
  • Under the condition that the package is successfully returned to us, the buyer may request a refund. The refund will be issued for the remaining amount after deducting the shipping costs (we only accept refund requests if the package is successfully returned to us).

If Next Day Delivery is complimentary or provided free of charge, it will not be covered under the compensation policy for delays.
