Free Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Spending Requirements

  • Peninsula Malaysia: RM 100

2. Courier & Delivery Time

Courier: Ninja Van. 

Estimated delivery time ( after payment is received )

Peninsula Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days.

East Malaysia: 5 to 8 working days.

*Please take note: During busier times of the year, it may take a little longer.     

3. Delivery Information

Please ensure that you provide a local address and a local phone number。

4. Delivery Instructions

You may leave a delivery  Instructions / request, such as asking to leave the parcel in your mailbox, delivery during office hours, etc. However, please DO NOT request delivery on a specific day. We can only provide an estimated delivery date but cannot guarantee a specific day.

Where to put your shipping note

Acceptable  delivery  Instructions / request example: 可接受的交货说明/请求示例:

  • Delivery during weekday.
  • Standard delivery time is 9am to 10pm, however you may request deliver during office hours.
  • Leave the parcel in the mailbox / shoe rack.
  • Pass to hotel front desk

We do not accept any kind of request deliver on specific date such as " Please delivery on wednesday or please delivery before friday, etc

5. Payment Accuracy & Order Processing 

The buyer must ensure that the transfer amount is correct and that the payment is made to the correct bank account.

Orders will be processed as follows:

  • Full payments received before 3 pm (Monday to Saturday) will be processed on the same day.
  • Full payments received after 3 pm will be processed on the next working day.

6. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email after we arrange shipping with the courier. After you receive the tracking number, please allow some time for it to become active.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the driver will make a delivery re-attempt on the next working day. Ninja Van will make a total of 3 delivery attempts (i.e., the first attempt followed by 2 re-attempts). If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.

8. Re-Arrangement and Refund Policy

If the parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, you will need to pay for the re-arrangement delivery fee. If you request a refund, the refund will be processed after deducting the delivery fee for the failed delivery attempts.

9. Leaking Bottle & Lost Parcels Claims

If you receive a bottle with leaking, please follow our leaking bottle claim guidelines to file a claim.

In the event of a lost parcel during transit, we will resend a new bottle. This coverage does not extend to parcels lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.
